Sanhua Showcases at the 2026 Heat Pump Industry Annual Conference, Discussing a New Ecosystem for the Heat Pump Industry

From June 29 to July 1, the 2026 Heat Pump Industry Annual Conference and High-Quality Development Conference for the Heat Pump Industry was held as scheduled at The Westin Yantai, Shandong. As a vice-chair unit of the Association’s Heat Pump Branch, Sanhua participated in the exhibition and exchanges with core component solutions for three major application scenarios: high-temperature heat pumps, commercial heat pumps, and residential heating.

From ultra-low-temperature residential heating at -40°C to industrial applications requiring high-temperature hot water at 150°C, the stable operation of heat pump systems depends on the reliable support of core components. At this exhibition, Sanhua presented precisely matched solutions addressing the pain points of different heat pump application scenarios.

01 Residential Heating Scenario

Whether for heating-only systems, or systems that need to cover cooling and heating—and even domestic hot water—Sanhua provides one-stop component solutions to help systems achieve efficient and long-life operation.

Stainless Steel Four-Way Valve

In heat pump systems that switch between cooling and heating, the four-way valve is the core hub for switching between heating and defrosting modes. It must precisely redirect refrigerant flow to ensure stable unit operation, withstand complex operating conditions such as low temperatures, vibration, and high/low flow rates, and also meet low-carbon and environmental requirements.



02 Commercial Heat Pump Scenario

Relying on precise flow control and efficient heat exchange technologies, Sanhua’s core components continuously optimize system operating conditions, improve the annual comprehensive energy efficiency of commercial heat pumps, and reduce electricity consumption from the component side.

Throttling Electric Ball Valve


Multi-function integration: On/off control, bidirectional throttling, and flow regulation are integrated into one unit, simplifying heat pump systems and adapting to wide operating conditions for both cooling and heating.

Ultra-wide and precise regulation: Full coverage of large and small flow rates, stable flow control under high and low pressure differentials, lower unit energy consumption, and more comfortable constant-temperature performance.

Low resistance, low noise, and energy saving: Full-bore low pressure loss, slow opening and closing to prevent water hammer, position retention during power outages, and electricity savings during long-term operation.

Compact and highly reliable: A lightweight stainless steel sealing structure with ultra-low internal leakage and a service life of 100,000 cycles, suitable for large-scale and wide-load commercial heat pump applications.

03 High-Temperature Heat Pump Scenario

Industrial production requires large volumes of high-temperature hot water and steam, which have traditionally relied on fossil fuels. High-temperature heat pumps are now becoming a key technological pathway for industrial carbon reduction. With full consideration of performance, efficiency, and economic viability, Sanhua offers a series of high-temperature valve products and continues to pursue breakthroughs in maximum temperature resistance.

VPF Series Electronic Expansion Valve


Designed for large-capacity commercial and industrial high-temperature heat pumps (cooling capacity: 30–985 kW @ R515B), with a medium temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. Its large stroke of up to 3,800 steps enables precise regulation, high efficiency, and energy savings.
